Refund policy

  3. Validity of Online Credits: Online Credits are valid for a period of 2 months from the date of Credit Note issue and can be used exclusively for new orders placed at shrikama Online.com only.
  4. Return Process: Returns are facilitated from the comfort of the customer's home. However, if courier service is not available at the customer's pincode, they may be requested to self-courier the return to the provided address.
  5. Cash on Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for paying both sides of Cash on Delivery (COD) charges associated with the return process.
  6. Product Inspection: Upon receiving the products, customers are required to record a video before opening them. This ensures transparency and serves as a record in case of any discrepancies.
  7. COD Shipping and Return Shipping Fee Liability: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer is liable for both the shipping fee and return shipping fee in the case of non-acceptance of the item/product.
